Four hair booths, one medium private room, one small private room, and a dedicated nail room.
When will the new spaces be available?
New rental spaces are being planned and prepared. Renovations have not yet begun, so an exact move-in date will be shared once the construction timeline is confirmed.
Do I need a license and insurance?
Yes. Appropriate professional licensing, professional liability insurance, and business registration will be required.
Is parking available?
Yes, parking is available for renters and their clients.
Can I access the salon outside normal business hours?
Renters will have individual salon and alarm-system access. Exact policies and hours will be provided during the rental process.
Can I tour before applying?
Yes. After an inquiry, qualified prospective renters can schedule a tour before completing the formal application.
How do I learn about rental pricing and terms?
Inquire about the space that interests you. Rental pricing, deposit requirements, and agreement details are discussed privately during the rental process.
